چکیده
In the past few decades, water resources in Tang–Bai River Basin showed a declining trend, due to human–driven alteration of surface and groundwater management. There are potential risks sustainable utilization future response agricultural, industrial, domestic supply. this work, we used allocation regulation model based on SWAT (SWAT–WARM model) quantify characteristics under human activities basin. The multi–source supply module was modified improve applicability SWAT–WARM We validated our simulations against observed runoff, consumption, main results were as follows: (a) percent bias, correlation coefficient, Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient measure validity found that did not show obvious advantages runoff simulations, whereas it reproduced consumption better than original model. had more reflecting process transformation basin driven by strong activities. (b) By comparing variation watershed circulation fluxes natural disturbance conditions from 1995 2016, increased evapotranspiration 6.8% 10.0%, while decreased 0.23 million m3/yr. (c) shortage at different flow frequencies, among which agricultural accounted for largest proportion, >70%. should further strengthen industrial saving, reduce fundamentally, ensure development economy society.

Optimization Model of Hirmand River Basin Water Resources in the Agricultural Sector Using Stochastic Dynamic Programming under Uncertainty Conditions
In this study, water management allocated to the agricultural sector’ was analyzed using stochastic dynamic programming under uncertainty conditions. The technical coefficients used in the study referred to the agricultural years, 2013-2014. They were obtained through the use of simple random sampling of 250 farmers in the region for crops wheat, barley, melon, watermelon and ruby grapes under ...

Kosovo has limited natural water resources which should be well managed. This is recently realised through quantitative and qualitative monitoring of both surface and groundwater and by characterizing their quality according to their destination. In this paper, the Water Quality Index (WQI) developed by the Canadian Council of Environment Ministers (CCME WQI) was applied to evaluate the groundw...
متن کاملCan hydro-economic river basin models simulate water shadow prices under asymmetric access?
Hydro-economic river basin models (HERBM) based on mathematical programming are conventionally formulated as explicit 'aggregate optimization' problems with a single, aggregate objective function. Often unintended, this format implicitly assumes that decisions on water allocation are made via central planning or functioning markets such as to maximize social welfare. In the absence of perfect w...
متن کاملApplication of the SWAP model to simulate water-salt transport under deficit irrigation with saline water
The agro-hydrological Soil–Water–Atmosphere–Plant (SWAP) model was calibrated and validated to simulate water–salt transport based on field experiments in an arid region of China. The simulation results show lower soil water content but higher salt concentration under deficit irrigation. Soil water and salinity below 95 cm at 80% evapotranspiration (ETc ) treatments and 65 cm at 60% ETc treatme...
